When you sign up for the free Race Day Checklist or get in touch, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Any information you choose to share with us directly (e.g. via email or a consultation booking form)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we don't use cookies or tracking tools that identify you personally beyond standard website analytics (if enabled).

We use your information to:

• Send you the Race Day Checklist you requested
• Send occasional emails with race-day tips, updates, and offers — only if you've opted in to this
• Respond to enquiries and deliver consultation services you've booked

We only send marketing emails if you've actively given consent (e.g. by ticking the marketing permissions box on our signup form). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Your data is stored securely using MailerLite, our email service provider, who process data in accordance with UK/EU data protection law. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from future marketing sends, though some records may be retained briefly for legal or administrative purposes.
